Chef Megan Hennis will be introducing you to the wonderful world of sprouted grains and no-knead breads during this three hour, hands on cooking class. During the class you will be making a delicious no-flour bread, as well as learn how to sprout wheat for home baking.
You will learn how to make a sprouted wheat bread, a No-Knead 100% whole wheat bread, an herb and parmesan focaccia, and a flat bread appetizer. You will sample during the class as well as have some tasty breads to take home with you!
